T2M is a Louisiana-based nonprofit that turns publicly-funded research into commercial outcomes. We connect SBIR/STTR innovators with the manufacturers, vendors, and federal partners that can help move ideas from lab to line.

Mission

Accelerate the commercialization of research by mapping regional industrial capacity, reducing friction in vendor discovery, and helping federal innovators find qualified domestic partners.

What we do

• Directory. A curated, searchable database of manufacturers and service providers, indexed by capability, certification and NAICS.
• SBIR/STTR guidance. Help researchers understand federal small-business innovation programs, from Phase I proposals through Phase III commercialization.
• Vendor matchmaking. Connect innovators to Louisiana suppliers with the right capabilities, certifications, and federal readiness.
• Convening. Host events that put innovators, manufacturers, funders and federal customers in the same room.

Theory of change

Louisiana has extraordinary research and a deep industrial base — but they don't always find each other. By making regional capability visible, machine-readable, and federally-relevant, we shorten the path from research to market and keep more federally funded innovation manufactured close to home.
